seeking donation for one computer

Dear all,

Please see the attached pamphlet for the activities of the disable group situated near BOC bus stop, Innsein T/S, Yangon. The group is a Self help support group of disable people formed, run by and for disable people.

Recently they had got funding from one of the Japanese NGO and will start running the project which will provide different services for disable people very soon, but sad thing is there is not much funding allocated for the office equipments, but only activities funding.

Hence, we are planning to donate two laptop computers to them so that they will be able to run their project efficiently plus have access to internet and emails so that they can communicate with wider community for fund raising activities and all. (We are also planning to set up the air-card system which can use with recent mobile connection for accessing internet and emails in Ygn).

A group of local people working for different INGOs and running their own local NGO called COMREG (Community Response Group, address: 29-A, 1st Floor, Zayar Thiri Street, Hledan, Kamayut, Yangon. email: comreg.myanmar@gmail.com) is donating one computer and I am in charge to collect donation for one computer, each will cost approximately about 550 USD or 5 lakhs in Myanmar Kyats. The computer will purchase locally and donate to the group directly.

Therefore I am writing to you as my friends who are always in the first line of doing such good deeds to be part of this donation activity.
